There is a huge difference between a military drone used in a foreign country and a police drone used in the US. It's not like a military drone is going to come out of the sky and is going to nail him with a missile.

I'm only guessing here, but I would say a few more innocent people will be shot before the Police find him. It is absolutely ridiculous that police can shoot random people like that and get away with it.

Well I think the police proved that by shooting up 2 different vehicles, they thought he was in, before even finding out.
