I know most of you who personally know me are in disbelief to hear from media reports that I am suspected of committing such horrendous murders and have taken drastic and shocking actions in the last couple of days. You are saying to yourself that this is completely out of character of the man you knew who always wore a smile wherever he was seen. I know I will be villified by the LAPD and the media.

Unfortunately, this is a necessary evil that I do not enjoy but must partake and complete for substantial change to occur within the LAPD and reclaim my name. The department has not changed since the Rampart and Rodney King days. It has gotten worse. The consent decree should never have been lifted. The only thing that has evolved from the consent decree is those officers involved in the Rampart scandal and Rodney King incidents have since promoted to supervisor, commanders, and command staff, and executive positions.


The question is, what would you do to clear your name?

All concealable weapons (pistols) were also legally register in my name at police stations or FFL’s. Unfortunately, are you aware that I obtained class III weapons (suppressors) without a background check thru NICS or DROS completely LEGALLY several times? I was able to use a trust account that I created on quicken will maker and a $10 notary charge at a mailbox etc. to obtain them legally. Granted, I am not a felon, nor have a DV misdemeanor conviction or active TRO against me on a NCIC file. I can buy any firearm I want, but should I be able to purchase these class III weapons (SBR’s, and suppressors) without a background check and just a $10 notary signature on a quicken will maker program? The answer is NO. I’m not even a resident of the state i purchased them in. Lock n Load just wanted money so they allow you to purchase class III weapons with just a notarized trust, military ID. Shame on you, Lock n Load. NFA and ATF need new laws and policies that do not allow loopholes such as this. In the end, I hope that you will realize that the small arms I utilize should not be accessed with the ease that I obtained them. Who in there right mind needs a fucking silencer!!! who needs a freaking SBR AR15? No one. No more Virginia Tech, Columbine HS, Wisconsin temple, Aurora theatre, Portland malls, Tucson rally, Newtown Sandy Hook. Whether by executive order or thru a bi-partisan congress an assault weapons ban needs to be re-instituted. Period!!!

It doesn't seem to be open and shut - he seems to have several people around the case who believe him. And these days, getting fired does ruin your life for a bit.

I'm not saying killing innocent people is right in any way, shape or form, but those doing wrong because they can (like abusing kids, hurting good people for fun) produce a lot more terrible results than people imagine.

The other horrible thing this case shows is how chained american blacks are by the whole racism thing. Everything ties back to racism 24 hours a day. It is behind every door, imagined sometimes and sometimes just real enough that they can't escape it. The media and their community leader constantly drilling it in from infancy, "you are a victim, you will be a victim, there is always racism, you will never be free of it". Black men seem to be taught that the only weapon they have is nihilism, the threat to "go crazy and start killin folks". So a few very evil people can make a few dollars off the racism industry (for example, Ms. Rice, who is being paid handsomely as a consultant by LAPD to say they have made "great progress" but they have "decades to go") they have ruined the lives of millions who could be happy.

Because up until now it was ex disgruntled police officer killing those who ruined his life. He was taking on "the man", bucking the sytem. Now it is ex disgruntled police officer feels that the only people that need guns are those corrupt police officers he despises. Does this make any sense to you? Every anti-government organization was shot down in it and every pro-government person and or organization was praised. The very same government he claims is corrupt. I understand that such corruption is not impossible, but if it is as bad as he says he would not be the only one, he would not have to kill anyone to relay the message, he would only need to go to the press, or start a website or make a youtube clip. Umm hello he only wrote one manifesto.. and his support for beginning back the AWB was in it from the beginning. He also talked about Bill Cosby, Obama And Joe Biden..

I think he was pretty clear on this. It was his opinion but seemed well reasoned.

Part of what he said is true. I too have heard the President of the US referred to as a n$gg$r. It is amazing. I am sure as an officer of the law and as trained as he is, it is hard to accept that many people see the first black President that way. Add in how racist the LAPD is and this response might not seem as odd as it is.

100 to 1 this guy keeps killing people, he won't be found until gun laws are passed and even then he won't be found alive. The idea that this guy is some sort of a hero to black people everywhere is fucking crazy. These cops are probably shaking down every damn black person that looks even remotely like him right now and this will continue on for who knows how long.

Based on the social networking and article comments I'm reading, his support clearly isn't only from the black communities. Note that in his manifesto he bashes black police officers as well. His second favorite president is George Bush, not exactly a champion of black causes. He doesn't really come off as a champion of black folks (and sounds like he was primarily raised in white communities and had mostly white friends).

His support is mostly from people who don't like the LAPD, the government, etc.

He should get the death penalty and this needs to stop, but I completely see why he would be appealing. He's like a black Rambo, fighting a corrupt system.

The only thing I got wrong there was the "until laws are passed" but I'm quite sure he will be a poster child for gun grabbers everywhere. I missed all the action today as I was busy with offline biz and still not up to date fully. Only somewhat filled in by my GF whom even herself found it odd swat entered the cabin and the next thing you hear is it's burning to the ground leaving nothing to be found. I have to admit I'm quite surprised at how soon it ended. But not at all surprised at the fact is all we will get from here on out is a one sided story.

He WAS found alive, not mysteriously suicided. *Taking* him alive is a whole separate thing. No one expected him to be taken alive when they're shooting wildly at trucks that aren't even the same colour.
He did *not* keep killing people, he had a shoot out trying to escape/last stand. Not the mysterious shadowy bogeyman figure you were painting living in a cave like an "American Osama" as you put it striking out.

They got rid of Dorner because he was a Pat Tillman type. By the book. Didn't like BS. LAPD is all about BS.

They ruined his life for attempting to do the right thing. LAPD is not interested in the right thing. They are interested in political thing, advantage thing.

He had a history of filing complaints against people doing shit things. This was their chance to boot him and they did.

He had no excuse for the killings. A Youtube manifesto would probably have worked much better. In this modern life.
