Man, these conspiracy nuts are losing it. They've taken to photoshopping 2013 time and date stamps on video that is so pixelated and grainy and been around the internet for 15 years just to try and get people to believe them. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

not interested in what they are saying or give a fuck about the supposed conspiracy.. not even curious - but as a video expert I would say that was shot on a VHS or Hi8 Camcorder.

It's definitely a very old camera that shoots to tape - but these kooks could very well still be using one.

What do you think the facility is being used for?
