Good place to get health insurance?
 

I'm from NY and called couple of places. They all want around $1k/m. :helpme

with blue cross myself... pretty decent coverage. 5K deductible @ $400 month. just for myself

I assume you either have prior existing conditions, have multiple dependents, or are up there in age. Consider hiring yourself through a temp agency to access group health/medical at a deep discount and to possibly circumvent any exclusions because of medical history/age.

I go direct through BCBS.com, $350/mnth for 2 adults + 2 kids, $20k annual deductible, no pre-existing conditions, everyone young and H/W proportionate.
