Seeking a programmer for ongoing work and multiple projects

Looking for a multi skilled programmer for various projects. This is on going near full time work. Please no outsource companies.

Required skills:

~ PHP this includes coding from scratch
~ Ability to set a timeline and meet that deadline
~ Ability to work on multiple projects and balance time
~ Easy communication... skype, telephone, etc
~ Knowledge in eCommerce, and different cart systems
~ Knowledge in other languages is a bonus
~ HTML5/CSS3

Able to work with joomla, WP, is also a plus.
