there's no excuse for that kind of stuff for such a big company
they are suckers and trashing the system which has been great for a long time, that's what happening

we need to get some solid billing company on board to replace CCBill.

Last time I saw this error was when they were rebooting servers, only lasted a few minutes

Everyone has done downtime. Seems they fixed out overnight.

Even fb and google are sometimes down, so its risk

... relax. Stuff happens. Plenty of things can go wrong in any complex system, which of course includes things which might be beyond their control sometimes. CCBill has been trusted since the dawn of time and have probably done a great job for you so far. Not giving them a drop of credit or time to fix a problem isn't fair to them.

You will need servers, software, hardware, bandwidth, agreements with banks, credit, expertise, lawyers, technical support, programmers, sales people, trade show and online presence, and proof that you're better than CCBill. Kind of a hard thing to do, guy...

I'm getting it around 50% of the time

It's still a problem on all my sites on most clicks @ 4:30PM Eastern. Reloading of the page will redirect to the site, but how many surfers will try to reload - not many.
