NBC President stepping down for misleading edits
"Steve Capus first showed up on our radar when a misleading edit of a 911 call broadcast on MSNBC portrayed the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman as racially motivated.
The buck has to stop somewhere, and Capus had been the President of NBC News at the time. But not any more. Despite signing a long term deal just last year, Capus announced in a memo today that he will be leaving NBC. As it happens, he had been at the helm for not one, not two, not three, but five selective edits that have mislead the American people on the news of the day. The latest of these was the fake "heckling" of Neil Heslin, a father of a victim of the Sandy Hook massacre, while he gave testimony to Connecticut lawmakers earlier this week." http://www.breitbart.com/InstaBlog/2...nt-of-NBC-News About time someone lost their job for this shit. |
if he "stepped down" that means they offered him a better job somewhere else...out of the public view.

msnbc can't afford behaving like foxnews. This country doesn't deserve two of those. I say don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Nothing will change.
NBC = DNC mouthpiece |

Who are any of these people? GFY needs a politics & mainstream news subforum. Not directing this towards the OP but it's near impossible to find actual adult business threads. Have to sift through all these bullshit news threads that the world outside of the USA wouldn't know or care about and have zero to do with business. </end rant> |

Why did he turn around when the voice called out?
Anyway, was that really heckling? He was trying to answer his rhetorical question, but I wouldn't call it heckling. Why is this "fake" heckling only being reported on conservative blogs? Any news story on reputable sites about Steve Capus resigning says nothing about some fake heckling story. This is all conservative blogger bullshit. They're using his resignation to look like something else. What you see in the video actually happened. Republicans really are the worst. Just read some of the comment sections on their blogs. Scummy motherfuckers with ignorant, backwards-ass viewpoints. I feel sorry for anyone who knows them in the real world. |
Now if everyone at fox could do the same there will be no more fox news

I'm not following this too closely, but didn't H.R. 4310 (The Bill 'Legalizing' Government Propaganda Against Americans) that was buried in the 2013 NDAA take care of that little problem?
