Search.xxx ad program will launch on March
Just got an email about Search.xxx ad program by ICM, launches on March:
http://icm.xxx/adprogram/ The mail give me $75 credit for ads per each .xxx domain I own, and states: ---- Search.xxx Ad Program is coming soon! The Search.xxx Ad Program is scheduled to launch by March 31, 2013. More details about the Ad Program and how your credits can be used will be released upon launch of the actual Ad Program. In the meantime, please go to http://icm.xxx/adprogram/ for current information about the Ad Credit offer. This email is to notify you of your credit balance as of January 31, 2013. At this point, you are NOT required to do anything. We will notify you once the Ad Program is available and provide instructions on how to use use your credits. --- Now it is nice to get credits for ads. I am going to use that and I say thanks. Just, as I gently reported advised previously, search.xxx should be advertised more as currently is an alexa #30,000, down from initial (and only) advertisement on launch in October: http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/search.xxx http://traffic.alexa.com/graph?u=sea...&r=6m&b=e6f3fc Of which most traffic left now after the decline, it is from third world countries: United States 17.1% China 6.7% Russia 6.6% France 5.6% India 5.5% Norway 4.7% Mexico 4.2% Germany 4.1% Turkey 3.1% Indonesia 3.0% ... Country Rank Norway 3,535 Egypt 11,664 Mexico 14,165 Colombia 14,399 Turkey 15,426 .... algeria, indonesia, pakistan, russia... United States 33,828 I got one paying customer from Congo from search.xxx in november's "peak" traffic, and he's still there and buying (I think he paid back the domains costs, not chargebacked, maybe he's prince of Congo), but I think that was plain luck. Let's see by March what will be the traffic of search.xxx |
Sorry ... There is no more money in porn!

Ouch - that Alexa graph is painful to look at. Sorry for the .xxx owners hoping to bank on Search.xxx.

Don't worry they will buy up all the Pakistan, India, and Indonesia traffic from all the brokers and pretend like they have a massive search engine, The folks who know how to call bullshit will use standard, entry level industry traffic tools to show everyone how the traffic is all shit, support that data by showing that the sites are all shit again, and it will slip into the abyss, again. Nothing to see here.

By the way I am getting about 40 hits a day from search.xxx currently.
We are found in first page results for a few of the cam keywords, not bad, just is 40 hits. An example geo breakup for yesterday: Total Hits: 45 Total Free Signups: 0 (1:0) Total Paid Signups: 0 United States 13 28.89% France 9 20.00% United Kingdom 6 13.33% Switzerland 4 8.89% Canada 3 6.67% Israel 2 4.44% Sweden 2 4.44% Australia 2 4.44% Brazil 1 2.22% Egypt 1 2.22% Japan 1 2.22% Turkey 1 2.22% Total Hits: 45 Total Free Signups: 0 (1:0) Total Paid Signups: 0 I think 3rd world are less present in hits than in search.xxx alexa, since people of those countries can't search using english terms. The search process and click in results filters out the chinese and russians. |
