Some Guy 02-01-2013 01:08 AM

The store's only a half a mile down the road but it's so damn cold out. My girlfriend has a Choco Taco in the freezer. Maybe I'll just steal that and hope she doesn't notice.

:)

Also, I will take gelato over ice cream any day of the week.

I'd go with Mint Chip from Haagen-Dazs or the true Vanilla ice-cream I make at home. Yummy!

1 frozen banana + 1 cup of ChocoRite Protein Shake Mix, Chocolate Fudge :

= 1 big bowl of delicious smooth ice cream for only ~ 150 calories (75 from the banana, 75 from the protein shake). And no refined sugar :thumbsup

Need to take a healthy shit?

The stuff I eat is all made at the shop and they can make whatever flavor people want as they use all real ingredients added to the base.

Oh, and right now, Breyer's Blasts - Birthday Blast is the greatest ice cream in existence. Straight out of the carton OR as a milkshake. It definitely brings all the boys to the yard.

This is a Yeti Float; available at Sophie's Place in Redondo Beach. It is pretty simple to make.

Vanilla Bean ice cream with some chocolate sauce (I will get chocolate on the side next time) put in a glass and filled with a Yeti Imperial Stout. You can really use most stouts or porters and it is my understanding that soft-serve vanilla ice cream is even better (tough for small restaurants to stock that though).

CyberHustler 02-02-2013 12:59 AM

Vanilla with chocolate sprinkles

:thumbsup Thank you so much, baddog! That sounds yummy-delish. If soft-serve works better, I wonder how it will work if I go to McDonalds, get a sundae with their soft-serve and fudge, bring it home, and pour a good stout over it.

Now that it's snowing, it sounds like the perfect treat for today. Time to try this little experiment out! :upsidedow

Might be the best reason to go to McDonald's that I have ever heard.
