Is there a way to make iQ Block Country plugin work properly with caching plugins (W3 Total Cache for example)? Or maybe there's some other easy way to block/redirect traffic by country on shared hosting?

When caching is enabled all visitors from unblocked countries are being blocked by the cached version of a page... According to plugin author:
