They're just stealing money. Employers INSIDE of the states aren't even legally required to withhold anything. Also, when you go and work for someone you're engaging in an exchange ... Income doesn't result from that .. as an aside, "income tax" is only supposed to be paid by corporations and / or on capital gains .. Further, individuals paying "income tax" is collected based on "voluntary compliance" ..... So, it is all a big rape .. and then they use all kinds of shit to steal it, too, your bank will hand over your accounts on a notice of levy that isn't even an actual levy and the IRS will run around acting as an enforcement agency rather than just acting as an administrative one.

What did they convict this guy of that was criminal?
