    Americans are getting thinner!

    Americans might be getting healthier, a development that?if true?could have economic causes and consequences. The percentage of Americans who are obese declined from 2010 to 2011, according to a Gallup report released this week. The year-over-year decrease is "statistically significant," said Gallup's Elizabeth Mendes.

              I went to a little Mexican grocery store today to get some chilies and bought a Coke. When I tasted it my teeth actually hurt. The ingredients said 52 grams of sugar. That's almost 2 ounces of sugar in one bottle. You really are what you eat.

                                                  Good news. It's a step in the right direction. However, there is still a long way to go considering that industrial food industry.

                                                      Try flossing more...sounds like you have a nerve exposed...reaction to sweets means your gum is separating from your teeth in places.
