I just emailed you and saw the Chat Log. I won't post it here, but you were extremely rude and disrespectful to our staff when they were trying to help you.

The issue you contacted us about today is not on our side and is currently out of our hands and will be fixed as soon as possible.

Please contact me directly in the future for resolution instead of a complaint thread on GFY.

Juicyads been solid for us for +4 years. Never had any problems with them. Would amaze me they wont fix bugs/reports within a decent time and answer any questions reasonably.

Well I am going to park my name here and say that Bill is one the most sincerely helpful people I've dealt with in this industry and WILL go an extra mile to help a customer. I remember when I started and the guy is a customer service legend. FACT !
