Another douche bites the dust
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-19960471
Looks like this time it's his turn to take it up the ass... in prison. |
Damn, you don't want to drop your soap with Nacho standing next to you n
|
I imagine we're going to see a lot more of this as countries try to balance budgets...I wonder if Nacho can hide his assets well? Inside and out of jail...:1orglaugh
Is he connected to cumlouder by any chance? |

hehehehe ..... The Romanians, bulgarians and moroccans in the spanish prisons will love that. |
Good grief :upsidedow

This happened a few months ago.
The main guy they arrested is already out because the police in this country are shit at their job. Like the time they claimed to have shut down a terrorist bomb factory, turns out it was an Algerian with a cupboard full of cleaning products. |

I think it's a bit more than that; there were 300 people arrested, cars, houses, cash repossessed... and not small amounts. It had to have been a lengthy investigation which means no one is getting off, and if anyone is already out is because they posted bail. Doesn't mean the charges go away... that's what I read in subsequent articles. In one of the hearings, it was said that the douchebag in question laundered x amount of money with fake invoices for selling dildos :1orglaugh a real class act. |

Gao Ping, 45, who has been held since October 16 along with dozens of others arrested in a massive probe, is to be bailed due to procedural irregularities relating to his detention, the court said in a written ruling. http://www.spainreview.net/index.php...ossible-trial/ They're not even sure there will be a trial. The Spanish police love massive raids, nothing much happens after that though. take it through the lower courts takes a couple of years, then appeal a couple more years, appeal again to the supreme court that seems to only work about 1/2 a day on Thursdays and only in the winter, and if you're lucky it's out of date and gets archived.. They're still pissing about with cases 10 years old. |

Also this here - A local newspaper said a Spanish porn star, who was also arrested in the Operation Emperor, disclosed Gao has connections with top officials in Madrid and hinted if he were punished, a lot of officials would be dragged in the money-laundering scandal. If there is an indication of corruption with the media involved, that would provoke the prosecution to hold people accountable. On another note, it seems that this same douchebag is snitching on the Chinese mafia involved... see how that works itself out. Another article - http://www.spainreview.net/index.php...ians-in-china/ Operation Emperor lasted two years and is one of the largest dealing with laundering of assets and fiscal crime ever carried out in Spain. A 2 year investigation is a bit more than just a raid, I don't think they'd let them just go even in Spain. |

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G%C3%BCrtel_case Started in 2007 still going. One guy got off because his friend was the judge.. Or maybe the raids all over the country in 2007 re doping.. The doctor in that case is finally going to trial today. or the Malaya Case from 2007.. anyone been put in Prison yet? And that is 'Spain's largest-ever corruption trial' The Spanish jails are full of criminals, but the poor ones who cant work the system. |
This is currently one of the biggest scams in the world.
I know because they raided chineese warehouses in my country as well. The goods are smuggled in to the country with no tax, on a MASSIVE and I do mean MASSIVE scale it is done with government approval (through bribe of course) and we are talking about BIG BIG money. China goods are like cancer to local products and are completely unfair competition. You would not believe the sale this is done on and how bad it is for all economies other than chineese... In my opinion this is worse than any other problem europe and the USA have... |

Yea I remember the Malaya case, not sure what the outcome of that was. Long way from Franco days, I suppose. They did repo a lot of assets in this latest case, wonder if that will have an impact. In any case, let's see what happens. For me, there is an innate feeling of reading about scumbag pukes taking a hit; with the country is the crisis state it is, they will at least milk their assets and they wont be getting those back for sure. |
