i mailed him a brand new still sealed 500gb hard drive. he mailed me a beat up 3 year old 320 gb hard drive. the reason he said it took 4 weeks to deliver the content was he was encoding it from MP4 to WMV for me. When the content arrived, all MP4. Also includes almost 100 duplicates of content I already purchased from him. He didn't even send me the agreed upon amount of content. So missing content, not the same drive, wrong format, and still ducking my emails and posts.

Yep, he's a scammer, or at least has terrible business practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Paid for site design, only 50% delivered. Promised delivery latest 07 March 13 (already weeks late) and nothing. Disappointing as a previous customer with good xp, but now hes dodging replies via email and skype with every excuse under the sun.

It wasn't known at the time. My first deal with him was done ages ago, and went great so I used him again, but the second time he scammed me :/
