It's Up To Parents To Monitor Their Offspring So They Don't See All The Porn!
Sorry, but what a fucking cop-out. How many parents here who think instant free access to hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of hours of every type of hardcore porn available via tubes and the click of a button would be fine with 10 free-to-air TV channels appearing tomorrow, auto-tuned so all anyone needs to do is hit 3 buttons on the remote to bring up channel '123'?
Don't get me wrong, tubes are here to stay (for the moment at least), and I'm far from trying to put the genie back in the bottle, but reading other threads I see that line about it being solely the parents' responsibility to make sure their kids don't watch the insane amount of porn freely and easily available. I call cop-out. |
I installed NetNanny on my kids computer. That and Norton 360 with parental monitoring and protection. My kids didn't get to see a lot of shit. Even a buddies MySpace page where he put up a picture of boobs got blocked.
Parents are stupider than shit though. |
