Wire Payment Issue To Paxum
 

i am facing very strange problem in sending wire to Paxum to their bank. Every time i send wire and pay all the charges but when wire reach to paxum amount is short. Like if $6500.00 send to them they receive $6455, when send $6300.00 they receive $6280.00

My bank is saying they not deducting any thing from the amount as you have paid all the charges to send wire and paxum is saying they got no clue what is going on and who is taking in the middle.

Any of you facing the same issue or please advice

Some banks charge a fee to receive a wire.

I would talk to the bank again.
I have had no issue with this...

my banks which is in UK clealy mentioned that thet not chraging any thing as sender already paid all the charges for the wire. paxum saying they dont have a clue. I ask paxum to investigate from there end but still waiting for the response

If bank charge to receive wire than paxum should pay for this not the sender. why money is deducted from the orginal amount send to beneficary

Not if Paxum has a deal with the bank to subtract this before deposited ;)

But maybe ask Paxum about it, their support people should be able to pop into the room where accounting is at and ask them.......................

More than likely you wire is having to go through an interm bank to reach our bank.
