is webair down for everyone else.
I cannot see any of my or my clients sites online as well as log into the web air page, however every other page from Facebook to GFY works.
On Bellsouth DSL in Florida. Anyone else seeing this? |
http://www.webair.com/ works here
|
Works here but our email server seems to be down. Been waiting all day on a support ticket

so it's not just me. I'm ready to pull my sites from Webair. so frustrated :disgust they CLOSED my support ticket saying they had resolved it when they didn't do a thing. something deteriorated, meaning my sites used to load snappy, no problem. raid drives going bad?
I posted in Mike C.'s birthday thread thinking it was one of the support "Mikes" - Mike F. or Mike M. requesting more help. I'd been promised a fix by another support staffperson to my slow loads or no loads. one of my sites didn't load all weekend. no loads = no $$$. at this point, I think I'll pay my tech extra this week to move my sites to another host. also, I bought 12 sites from another guy here on GFY that were on Webair. this was literally days before the hosting debacle. I asked Webair how much to move the sites, simple WP blogs from his account to mine. are you ready for the answer? $150 per hour :pimp ########## Begin Message ########## Hello, We can proceed with that. There is an hourly fee for migrations of $150 per hour. Let me know if you wish to proceed. Perhaps you can move the data as well? Let me know. Thanks ---------------------------------------- (I deleted the support staffperson's name) Webair Internet Development, Inc. Cyberwurx moves sites intra-host for FREE, so do other hosting companies. :winkwink: |
Sounds like another Webair success story.
