Its a great name.

DMOZ brings back memories of the IRC days. It was fun editing categories so you could squash the competition. I'm sure nothing has changed.

How much traffic is it getting?

Feb 16, 2012 was the last time that you updated the site, that is a setback when Google peeks at it from time to time. Dmoz isn't like it used to be but Google-Bing still keep this factor in consideration, it has really no high volume serps, but with some internal page seo and frequent updates in a few months you could get $XXXX for it, but right now.....
If I were you I'd keep it.
