I have heard that as well, the idea is for Fabian to just fade away, meantime Manwin is taking a lower profile, likely to avoid attention.

Here is what I say: I'm not privy to Manwin's business. Not many folks are. But the few whom they are doing or trying to do business with do get updated on serious matters. That is how I was told that Fabian is out (from a person whose company does huge business with Manwin).

Since Mike wasn't at Internext or AEE, he wouldn't have been able to hear that first hand from certain people.

Hell, for all I know...it could just be a ruse to calm down the banks and the people Manwin are trying to do deals with.

But since I personally have never believed for one second that Fabian was anything but a front guy... I personally believe that "yes" he is gone and he "stepped down".

Just my opinion based on what has been told by Manwin to certain other people they do business with.

I hope it's true. And I hope that Manwin takes a fall and all their pirate shit blows up in their faces.

At the same time, I wish no ill will to the hard working folks at Brazzers and the people at Twistys or any of their other companies that actually work hard and produce great porn.
