I'll never understand the allure of football. I honestly think most guys watch it just because other guys do and want to fit in. I've never been able to suffer through a game. It's painfully boring. I only watch the Superbowl with friends as an excuse to get drunk. I don't even know what's going on during the game. Maybe I just fail at being a man.

Not at all. Most guys that don't follow football just never played it seriously as a kid. I never played basketball or golfed and of course now have no interest in them at all. Same with soccer and hockey, it's hard to show an interest in something you never did.

Rooting for a home team is the exception I've seen.

Honestly I dont really watch much sports either but will from time to time watch the Super Bowl or the World Series ( that only involved US teams for some reason ) as well as the Wold Cup as well. Its fun from time to time with friends.
