Code for an on-page slide up?
 

I don't know the exact name for it so i dunno how to search for it but i'm looking for some code to make an advert slide up on the page and settle in the middle? Anyone know of one?

I don't know of one for the masses but if your looking to float one of the AFF banners i can set you up with a custom floater :P
