We moved away a while ago due to the fact they outsourced support and we had lots of problems with the setup. move to Serverstack, since 1.5 years 100% online time and great support. Dedico was a Joke compared to these guys.Comment

Hello,
Agreed. It is for their best interest if Dedico customers back up their files & databases, or even migrate their sites to a new webhosting company.
Considering their current unresponsive status to clients as well as their past relationship with Alpha Red, if I am a Dedico client, I would back up & migrate my sites urgently.
