I'm completely shocked that someone who needs psychiatric drugs would cause tragedy.

Of course, you blame the drugs, and not the fact that the person had extreme mental issues to begin with.

Well it's a good thing that there is a lot of new legislation that checks on a persons mental health when they want to buy any kind of gun. I assume that's the point being made in here.
