Company has being around for the past 5 years doing offshore incorporations, merchants accounts, and financial consulting. The owner has being doing offshore work for the past 14 years. We work with large companies like AVN.

Now to answer your second question, it all depends on where your incorporated. Visa/MC regulates that you have to process in the jurisdiction in which you are incorporated.

Lets just say, our company has placed some of the largest adult companies around.
