Adblock + linkcodes
 

In order to avoid Adblock I've been changing names from banners ( no more 200x200.jpg), also never using a folder called "banners" and other stuff, but what about sponsors linkcodes and embed videos that are also blocked?

How are you guys dealing with it? Is it a good idea to use some url shortener to hide linkcodes?
