Paxum + Nasty Dollars : it just gets better and better. not!

Did anyone else get paid via Paxum today only to have their transaction refunded? Now I have to wait possibly days to get word from Paxum on why it happened. Then I will have to try and make sense of the reply since it seems their support uses a translator to convert your English question into French. They reply and do the same to make it English. By then you get some garbled shit for an answer with everything reversed.

Example: I gave you my car and asked that it be painted red. It is blue why?

Answer: Auto mobile your requested red found not staff our. Blue we did substitution. Any problems sorry are we.

Nasty Dollars hit me up. Seems they sent out the payment from last pay period. They are setting up to send out the correct ones now.

I experienced the same. I was under the impression that ALL PAXUM payments are final? How did ND initiate a refund?

James_Hotmovies 01-08-2013 02:42 PM

I thought they were final as well.

Sometimes mistakes are made, and we do understand that. Therefore, we take any such request on a case-by-case basis and make a decision based on the particular circumstances surrounding the request.

You are incorrect. This is the reply you received to your ticket.

Dear Mr.,

We have received your inquiry and we will come back with an answer in the shortest time possible.

Thank you for understanding.
Best regards.
There is no French. Nothing is garbled. Perhaps the grammar could be a little more precise, but otherwise it is straightforward and clear.

Who makes that decision and do they have a telephone number?

PornDiscounts-V 01-08-2013 03:22 PM

I wasn't commenting on this ticket, Ruth. I was commenting on previous tickets. Read what you quoted. "Now I have to wait..." It means I have to wait for a response. Not that I have received one.

I have received replies in French and then had to let them know I obviously don't speak French since my question was in English. Then someone else deleted the French reply and gave it to me in English. Very broken English.

Lately I guess I could state that replies have been much better. Clear and concise when compared with the replies from the first few weeks Paxum was in business.

Also... No drama. Just wondering if anyone else had their payment reversed. And the negativity would be cast towards ND, not Paxum. ND went from completely solid to one flub after another. I guess they are now a "new" company again. Here is to hoping they work the kinks out and get back to solid sooner than later.

May be you just call each other?

The specific situation related in this thread was taken all the way to the top, and without any need for phone calls. It was an obvious error and it was resolved promptly and efficiently.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm glad you feel our customer support replies have improved since we launched. Thank you for using Paxum! :)

Correct payment has been received. Awesome!

As for Paxum New vs. Paxum Now: Pretty much night and day. Most issues get filtered through our experience with ePassporte as customers. Many of us got burned BIG TIME. Overall I trust Paxum mainly because it seems Paxum is trying to grow itself into being a banking company. Whereas ePassporte was actually a cash-cow vehicle for Chris Mallick to realize his true personal dream: being a movie producer.

One thing the does upset me is the ability to receive support on the weekends. I received my reply from support within an hour on this request. It happened before where my card got turned off for some reason. I was trying to pay for my daughters birthday bash with my card. Crazy thing is I had a premonition that I should withdrawal the cash on Friday and just pay that way. On Friday that premonition was very strong. Come Saturday night my card is declined. Call Paxum. I can leave a message that will be answered Monday. Great. Whipped out a credit card and used that instead.

I would like to see Paxum get to a level where my Paxum is the go to card in emergency situations instead of it being the other way around.

But then no other card in my wallet has the same convenience of getting paid on it. No other card allows me to withdrawal $1000 from an ATM with a $2 surcharge.
