Its just about finished - The second pic was last year (2011) - No fucker has paid for so much as a bedroom though last I heard - Major fuck up.

The only money they have made is people going to the 'viewing gallery'.

The financial center of London - AKA the heart of 'The City' is just north of the river - Its arguably the center of finance in the world.
