Any Good Photoshop Actions To Make Pro Images Look Amateur?

Was wondering if any of the other designers on GFY had any ideas how to make professional images look more 'amateur' in style?

I'm playing with blur and grain effects right now but I'm not really liking the final outcome.

Once I'm back at home base ill post a couple of examples of what Ive done so far.

Use the RazorStubble brush, and there's a filter called BlotchyZitSkin.

I use Eye Candy's NALEM plug in. Works a treat to get that amateur look. It combines a lack of focus along with fucked up exposure, poor white balance and sometimes even recrops your images so the composition sucks.

I often use VirtualPhotographer by Optik Verve Labs. It has a great assortment of filters to create amateur-looking f/x.

You can also try searching Google images for 'grunge' background textures and drop the original photo as a layer onto the texture - use screen or overlay merge.

If he is in Coventry, he's doing worse than most people. Good luck to him.
