iBill are fucking idiots
Who the fuck would use those morons? I have a revshare/reseller account with them -- I changed the payee name in the CMI, but it obviously wasn't updated because I got a check made payable to the old company name, so I called support to ask them to reissue the check, and they tell me I have to contact the webmaster of the site.
What the fuck, do they not print the fucking checks? What is wrong with these fucking people? It pissed me off really badly so I had to vent here.. it's a large reseller account too, but even if it wasn't what the fuck sort of dumb ass policy is that? They are the ones that printed the check, aren't they? Anyone who replies by saying that they couldn't possibly handle customer service for all resellers/revsharers can go fuck themselves. They are a backwards corporate bureaucracy/mismanaged company, and I hope they go down. I will never use them, and I think I will stop using sites that process with ibill just because they are so fucking stupid. You should have heard the conversation I had with this guy. Any company who has idiots like this guy working for them deserve to go broke Peace |

Donnie Gangsta - you should contact master account owner about that, revsharer is unable to change "Payable to" field. "Name" field you have changed is just contact name on your account. |

I was told that Ibill go so big they farmed out some of the billing to a third party company . Now that is very a dangerous thing to do ???
