America would have a HUGE surplus if it didn't have $100's of billions a year on space and military. America can have a surplus anytime it wants it just has to cut its military spending a bit.

Canada doesn't need a military cause its so close to America, nobody can screw with it.

They should at least double that... Space exploration rocks.

The millitary has a 390 Billion budget this year, without counting any war with Iraq...

But if you need to see a Doctor or go to the hospital you don't pay.
