We are also paying webmasters $100 to sign up to our program but they must be able to send us quality traffic. Our program is not payout but 30% of upsell. We do not do per minute. We charge $9.95 per day/$49.95 per month. It doesn't seem like much but trust me . The retention of the surfer is infinite. We have surfers that have been coming for a year now.That is whole lot money over time than a 1-time payout.
