Hey guys

i am having this annoying issue on my mac

when i get the file size of an image via get info it shows two different sizes but both of those are actually wrong when i send the image to anyone or upload it to my server it shows the real size

anyone ever have this issue before?

the real size and the size on the HD are different due to the size of used blocks on the HD - same in Windows

edit: now i see the size of the file on the left - no idea why that happens

yea that is what really has me confussed

i can understand the two different sizes but the file size it puts on a server and when i send it are way too different

this machine is pretty old ( 5 years or so ) so i may just need to take it to the range and buy a new one :D

That is strange, what version of OS X?

Macs and Windows file sizes are different, like Win says 1Gb is 1024MB while Mac says 1Gb is 1000MB, but I'm not sure why the file size would be that much different..
