PayPal has actually become way more flexible when it comes to processing adult oriented commerce.
Absolutely do not try to sell anything adult related that is not tangible, ie memberships or digitally delivered products.
But as far as tangible products like sex toys, magazines, cds & dvds and the like, they are a lot more open nowadays.
It started back in 2009 when they opened the gates for selling merchandise in the adult section on eBay. They used to not allow PP at all, but now they almost actually almost require it for selling there.
It also depends heavily I think on what type of software you are using to process the transactions. If your software sends adult related words, especially hardcore words like Fuck, Pussy, Cock, etc, through the process to PP, then that might create issues. But if your software passes something like "Invoice Number 645" across as the transaction subject, you are less likely to have an issue.
I would highly recommend that you setup a completely separate account with PP for your adult related transactions and NOT use your personal account. I would also recommend that your company name you have registered with that PP account be very generic and also not sound adult oriented. Something like "XYZ Entertainment" as opposed to "Pussy Products Online".
