Is Anyone Home at AWE??
 

Just curious if anyone is working there now or if they have all taken off the last week of December for the holidays. I set up a new Whitelabel almost a week ago now and nothing... all my traffic hitting dead air for 5 days since 2012-12-18 @ 14:58:25

Just to be clear, I am not really trashing AWE, they have always paid on time etc, but sometimes with support issues like this they are somewhat absent ever since Mickey left a few years ago so I am just wondering. Their site says the WL gets reviewed in 24 hours so obviously it's been quite a bit longer than that. I sent a support ticket several days ago just to make sure I had set up the A records ok, (SUPPORT #XPS-676979) but all I got back was a form type of response, "thanks for your patience, your A records are ok, you should be reviewed and approved ASAP." but that was 4 days ago.

Why can't they approve the content of the site first without you redirecting the site to them initially? This seems to be a consistent problem for them. I have seen other people saying their WL's had taken a while also to be set up. Am I missing something?

I am just concerned now that it is heading into Christmas that it will get delayed even further. If I had known it would have taken this long I probably would have just tried another company. I have been with AWE for many years so I have stuck with them but I notice other WL's tend to do better in the search engine rankings generally. Maybe I should give another company a shot? Any recommendations??

Sometimes it takes them months to approve a whitelabel , sometimes they ignore your request for approving a whitelabel or pretend to be offline on icq , Try Robin-Awe she is the only one working there from this board , oh I think Rick too he has been helpful at times I no longer push awe as you can see the reasons I stated above let's not forget the shave button..

A month?? You have me worried now. I have another WL with them but it was a new site so I did not really pay attention to how long it took to get approved since it had no traffic anyway but this is my primary site. Robin is actually who answered my support ticket and while she seems nice enough, I did not get the impression she actually intended to do anything to further my cause. I might have to look around at other programs. I wish MFC had whitelabels, they are the only other site I promote besides AWE and they are extremely reliable with paying fast (no month to wait etc). Any cam sponsors who want to spam the thread with their programs, feel free as I might have to consider other options.

ah i also have the same problem but domain is new.

i planned to move few other sites there but if i have to wait longer than 24hrs i will be sure to check other options first.

I buy the domain www.livesexgirls.tv and setup the AWE co-brand and all I have is an "OK " on main page...

Doing it this way virtually assures that nobody with any site traffic whatsoever will loose a week or a months worth of income while they eventually get around to approving you.

AWE has some good features with their WL, I have a few, just put in for another. They have more than one cam site to pick from which is something I like

When your site shows the "OK" like that, it means you set up the A records ok and are waiting for them to eventually get around to approving you. Judging by the responses here we will be lucky to be approved in 2012

Well, I understand the motivation to not let people lurk all day, but I think they are underestimating the horny factor, meaning, just seeing 1 pic of a girl online is definitely not going to induce me to sign-up, there is way too much free shit online to lure me in that way. Getting a free preview though of a girl I like would probably get me to sign-up so I think their strategy is somewhat flawed in 2012, just my opinion. :2 cents:

I set up a WL with them several months back. I agree the wizard is straightforward and it is instant. High rating for the setup process vs. AWE, no comparison. Unfortunately, I did not make as much money with pussycash as with AWE so I had to pull the plug on it. What I *really* want is for MFC to offer WL's LOL- they are awesome but virtually no chance whatsoever of that happening I think.
