4free style script - or perl guru for easy job?

I'm looking for either a perl programmer to make a slight mod to a script i have now that could work for a 4free type setup to collect emails....

All I need is it to record their IP & one other minor thing...

or does anyone know of some good 'out of the box' scripts?

dude i have the best script ALREADY made...its is custom and only i have it. there are different versions if you dont need all the features......pretty reasonable price too...let me know. BTW its written in PERL and VERY stable. ICQ#106993573
