I never get the flue shot. For years I did and I always got the flue. I stopped getting it about 10 years ago and I think I have had the flu, maybe once since then.

I had that shot once and got sick as shit. Never again.

Been taking Ecomer aka shark liver oil since 2006. Never had the need for a flu shot.

I take it from October t'ill April as daily supplement.
