International Shipping Help
Hey guys I was just looking for some tips on international shipping of adult content. I've been trying to send an external hard drive to a customer for almost a month now and every time it gets returned to sender(thankfully I get it back) but this guy is mad and refunding the deal is no problem but the guy got a great deal on this content, any pointers or help?

Why not just put it online for download?

Well there's 425 gb of content, it would be a mother****** to have him download it all. I'm not sure why it's being returned, I have the internation documents, the address is correct. I went down to ups and just about slapped the guy working there for his rudeness. He was no help and treated me like I sh**. I was given no explanation. Any couriers you might recommend for international shipping?

We send international packages all the time via USPS Priority Mail & Fedex.
Why would you have to identify anything about it being adult related if it is a hard drive? What is your country you are sending from? |
USPS should be fine, express mail is best. Unless going to GERMANY.
DO NOT identify as adult. Identify only as "company data/forms docs". DO not label the disc with porn stickers. Include nothing else in the package if possible. if you need to write a letter, send it separately. DO not send an invoice, bill. Go to different post office/wherever since you may have pissed someone off by now. Package should look like boring company BS. We upload and download terabytes every month. Its not that bad. Beats this problem you are having. We ship adult dvds all over the world. |
