can someone explain what coreg is and how it works? are there any adult sponsors that allow this? cecash?

Your coreg path is basically the chain of other people's offers that you put your new CPA joins through in order to make your money back and hopefully profit on whatever you're paying people to send you signups.

Coreg/Coregistration:
name/email form submit -> new page with a list of 5-10 offers w/ description, user ticks the boxes/or not in addition to joining your whatever offer and hits the submit button. You capture the data, which is also sent to any offers the user had selected

Regpath is an offer that sits in the registry path of your own offer/membership site ie user fills out name/email following page offers him a credit card with a no thanks link/button

form submit -> page offering a credit card with no thanks continue -> submit/join
