There isn't much to do in the country besides shooting guns and go fishing... oh and I used to love making huge bonfires when me and my dad would burn the trash. I started shooting when I was 4 or 5 with a BB gun... I used to shoot walnuts off milk jugs for practice and the occasional rattlesnake or water moccasin.

It has to be sent to a dealer with a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and then transferred to you after you fill out the paperwork, get approved, and pay the fee.

you're fucking stupid. it's blatantly obvious you don't know what it takes to get a gun legally in the united states. it isn't as easy as ordering an automatic pistol for a couple hundred dollars over the internet and having it delivered to your front door. :1orglaugh

if you order a gun online you have to go through a registered federal firearms licensed dealer. after you let your local FFL dealer know you want a firearm they do a background check on you through the FBI's NICS. that can take up to 3 days to get a response back. once you are approved your gun is shipped to the FFL dealer. then depending on your state you have to wait a period of hours or several days (california is 10 days) until your firearm is available to you. also depending on the state you may have to complete basic firearm safety training and provide proof of it for the purchase of a handgun.

anyway, this is a debate i wont get into. because you'll always have some tree hugging faggot that blames the tool not the man using it.
