From whatever program which says they have a mobile network to promote.
I don't get it. Wouldn't it be better to show that to non mobile visitors of gfy?
Just because i'm browsing gfy on my phone doesn't mean i'm looking to promote mobile sponsors. And even worse, when on my phone i for sure won't be checking out new sponsors to promote :1orglaugh
