We have 4 or 5 servers (col-lo's) with them and a few dedicated elsewhere. Yesterday get a call from our tech and said we had some sort of hardware problem. We call them up they started working on it a few minutes they come back with a power supply is bad ok np Well this isn't one of their boxes so they had no parts for it. Well here on the east coast we had 20 inches snow and they sent a worker out to get that part. We were online in 1 hour for a box they don't even own.

I don't know about you guys uptime and customer service are the two big ones that we look for when choosing a host and they nailed both.

I also want to take a minute to thank ISPrime. I had a domain registered through opensrs but didn't have the login info. (the reseller did) the reseller wouldn't release the info to me, but when I switched to ISPrime they got the domain back to my control.

I probably could have got it back on my own but it was much easier and faster when they helped.

Been with isprime 3 months so far and I have not noticed any downtime.

I couldn't ask for a better host, everything so far has been wonderful.
