yao put in on shaq last time in the 1st quarter... he just ran out of gas... give him a few years to bulk up and he will be better than shaq (mainly because shaq is banged up and his injuries will probably only get worse with age)... i cant stand shaq but he does have some skills... he definately wouldnt be half of what he is if he didnt have size but to say he has no skills isnt fair... he is a pretty good passer and he has developed a pretty good midrange shot... but i cant stand that prick

Like it matters what anyone does in the all star game, it means NOTHING. I don?t care what they say; NO ONE puts his career on the line by playing 100% full out for a game that won't matter.

No #4 this year, (of course thanks to the refs, they got #3, Kings got robbed) If Phil was the god some claim him to be they would not be #9 in the west would they?

Shaq would just be another BB player if he was 100lbs smaller.

If Wilt, Kareem, and Russell were all 12" shorter they still would be GREAT PLAYERS.

Shaq may have a mid range shot but little else. No ball control, no FT shot, and little offense other than a dunk where he STILL lifts his feet to make it look like it's hard for a 7' man to do.

If not for that 100lbs he would be a bench player or a starter for the clippers.

didn't he play in some communist country? I know he was forced to stay where he was and couldnt come to the NBA until he was like 30... Dude have you seen Sabonis NOW? The guy has absolutly no foot work because his knees are gone but he can still score at will,shoot the jumper and he's by far the greatest passer over 7 feet that I've ever seen... You can only imagine how good he was when he was 25

like he ever had footwork. i will admit that he has a very nice jumper(not just for a big man, but for any position). He was a big immobile player thats why he learned to shoot. Just like yao ming. Mings footwork is piss, hence he has a nice jump shot. he's not an athelete, he's just a tall person with an incredible wing span. did i mention FUCK THE LAKERS!? - Chicago/Portland fan all the way

sabonis is awesome... hes my favorite player... i feel robbed that we never got to see him in his prime... the only videos i found of him were extremely poor quality but still impressive... if he was over in the nba he would probably be in the top 5 players of all time

Went to college with Shaq,drafted a year before Shaq to the Magic and was supposed to be one of the greats..then when they drafted Shaq he was traded to a few teams,got hurt,got into drugs and got suspended from the league for 3 years...

Yao is good but he is no where near Shaq talent. The first meeting between the two Shaq ended with the last laugh on the one on one stats the the game itself was screwed because of a terrible call by the ref on a flagrant foul that the league later overturned. That didn't give us the win back tho.
