Expected Conversion for LiveJasmin
Hi There,
This is my first post here in the forum. First of all: thanks guys for sharing your xp here and contributing to that platform, its a very cool thing here! I'm a newbie in that industry but have huge technical knowledge about all that stuff. So i thought, why not to try it here and get a piece of the cake too. So my sites are kinda done and im playing around wit traffic sources, different ad partners etc. Actually I have a 5% of clickrate on cam girls on all visitors, which I think is not that bad... or is it? ... so I'd like to calculate how much thats worth, and for that I need a conversion rate on what ammount of sells you can expect, when sending customers to LiveJasmin., targeted to the girl they wanted to see.. my site is actually a tube site. I skimmed the forum and found once someone said 1:200.. I have now currently sent 250 in 2 days, did not get a single sell. Others said it takes a bit time until it hits ... maybe because of the cookie expiration.. is it actually even worth sending traffic to LJ, because everybody does? I just think, if everybody does it kinda evens it out, after 14 days wich is the cookie expiration.. i mean, you would get the same amount of visitors which just have the cookie expired as the other ones.. or am i wrong in that? So.. i guess thats enough text. dont know if someone gets what i mean.. but thanks for answers anyways. Cheeeers, B-)n |
Some convert cams 1:50, others 0:200000.
I could convert them back in 2008. Now. Not so much. Good luck. |
Is cam generally not converting anymore or just LiveJasmin? Whats good converting at the moment after all? Extreme stuff?
|
I wouldn't send them shit
|
I would plan on about 1:25,000.

AWE is one of the few sponsors that posts their conversion rates. It's right under the "Top Webmasters of Last Period" on the Affiliate home page. |
There are still many people who are converting well with cams. Whether it's with us (iFriends/ClickCash), LiveJasmin, Streamate, whomever. With conversions, a lot of times it's a matter of matching the content the user's looking for to content on the destination page. Our affiliates find they maximize better on their traffic when they spotlight the niche the user's looking at.
For example, on your tube site, if you've got an Ebony area, display Ebony marketing, send them to Ebony hosts or landing pages. Guys looking for lovely Black ladies are not going to necessarily click on the white blonde girl that might be on your banner. If you're not targeting your traffic, you might experience crappy conversion ratios. However, I've seen affiliates convert better than 1:15 consistently, so it's really a matter of - how good are you at connecting the user with what he's looking for? I know some affiliates who do well with LJ. Others do better with other cam sites, like iFriends. Others simply can't convert cams for anything. You get out what you put in, though... YMMV. :2 cents::2 cents: Have you contacted your rep at LJ to ask them for help/suggestions? Quote:

The problem is, not every affiliate site is alike so what converts great for me might not do anything for you. Right now for example I'm converting Vivid Cash at 1:256. This is actually what I would consider a bad month for me with them as I normally do much better. However you have some webmasters, quite a few in fact, who will curse you up and down if you dare even mention Vivid Cash to them because they can't convert it at even 1:50,000. But for me obviously that isn't the case. That program converts for me and converts well.
The point I'm really trying to make though is that my traffic is not the same as your traffic because my site is different than yours and where you get your traffic and how you get it is no doubt very different than where and how I get mine. And this is why its hard to really say what may or may not be a good program for you to consider. So while I may be able to share with you what my experiences are with various programs it may not mean a damn thing to you. |
