How come it is so cold right down with the border with Mexico - Its about the same latitude as Florida...

it's not that stupid, most people think of extremely hot weather when they think of India. I'm sure there are some small places in the world where you are unfamiliar with their climates as well..

was -3C this morning here.. warmed up to 5 and around 8 the rest of the week, that's pretty warm for december though.
