Same with us.. they sent us a very short ticket on Monday saying the ACH provider confirmed delays in last week's payments, and now this week's is late too.

Same old nonsense... late more than on time and then when you ask for answers they run you around the barn and back and tell you to hurry up and wait...

both my buddy and i get direct deposits from them. both of us are missing last week's payment (scheduled to hit last Wednesday). we both hit up zombaio and got the same story: apparently their ach provider just... neglected.. to send out payments last week? they informed me that both last week's payment and this weeks payment would be sent out today and probably hit tomorrow or Friday. i'm not really holding my breath, so i guess we'll see. :)

I think they had payment issues around this time last year and the year before.

wire transfers have never been a problem. ACH has.

And yeah, funny that they always run into problems paying people right before xmas...

Yep, late here as well. An ACH payment which should have arrived on the 5th is not here as of the 12th.

I've got two more payments scheduled for December (not yet due) which I'd really like to receive on-time.

Could Zombaio ruin Christmas again this year like they did two years ago?

If an ACH provider screws up, why can't they just run the batch the next day? I have another more traditional merchant processing provider who pays me regularly via ACH and they are always like clockwork and within two business days. Not weeks.

There are things I like about Zombaio. I like dealing with a business that's oriented toward adult webmasters. But I really could use greater reliability. The cost of Zombaio has gone up over time (for smaller webmasters, at least), and I had hoped the reliability had as well, but this latest incident renews longstanding doubts for me. I could move most operations over to my other provider, but I don't like putting all my financial eggs in one basket.

That's what really irked me.. there's sure to be some site owners who will lose their hats over Christmas with this going on.. and the fact it happened last year and year before.

Their should be a notification telling the program owners when there was an issue with the ACH. Everytime i contact their live chat support they say its the ACH provider. I think its about time to get a new ACH provider.

I won't use ACH with them. It's never worked right and always a couple of weeks late.

I moved over to using their RedPass and get paid that way. Always early on the payments and no problem whatsoever.

Do not use their ACH. :(

RedPass isn't a viable option for us as we very rarely deal with cash. Not to mention, we're extremely weary of using any such services after the epassporte debacle.

We could switch to wire transfers, but we'd only do that if Zombaio waved the fee because we shouldn't have to eat the wire transfer fees just because they are incapable of working out ACH payments properly. An it's not about the cost amount of money for the wire fees, it's the simple principle that they offer a service (ACH) so they damn well should be reliable.

But then, notice how none of their reps even responded to this thread? Not that anything they've said in past threads has had any real info, but at least they showed a little face.

I guess it's high time we finally work out our scrub settings for netbilling and drop zombaio altogether because this has gotten out of hand. I think we've had more payments late over the past 2 years than payments on time...

people who are hypocrites like michael o and zombaio always want people to have sympathy for them when they fuck up peoples bread,butter, and money...

but they have no sympathy for people who get pissed off and publically ask questions about their late monies.

That pisses them off and makes them go scan your website to see if they can find some "valid" reason to close your account.

They are ruthless and shrewd in their business endeavors or vertical integration when making acquisitions however they prefer their clients who have not been paid to not be rude shrewd, or lewd in their board posts because it could cause irreversible damage to the precious middle man, processor, pseudo banks reputation.

They worry about reputation meanwhile you sit there ass out of money that you may need for one of the following....

their worries =
1.company reputation

your worries =
1.how am I going to pay my talent
2.how am I going to pay affiliates
3.plane ticket
4.rental car
5. hosting bill
6.cable bill
7.web designer
8.traffic budget
9.groceries
10.rent
11.utilities
12.gas
13.drinks
14.cigarettes
15.car wash
16.beer
17.wine
18.etc
19.etc
20.etc

see your list of worries grows while you wait for your funds and the list of worries for the middle man seems to mainly be the image and reputation.

A sincere and upright business man would have said I am canceling my trip to internext to drum up more new business or clients and I am staying in netherlands,sweden,thailand, until every one is paid.

Because if you do it any other way it *APPEARS* and gives the impression that one might be taking a trip to internext using monies that are not his to use

We have some issues with the ACHs, every other payout options should have received their payments if not please let me know.

For RedPass payment the information I have they went out early because of the holidays for most people.

We changed the expected payment date in ZOA for ACHs which is just for reference on ACHs because of the delays we are experiencing.

Hey VD fuck you back if you think I have made up anything in any of my threads or posts. I can document and back up what I said about them closing the account with no valid reason.

I simply wanted to help show others that these guys are indeed ruthless and shrewd in their business dealings...period.

I am not alone and have talked to at least 4 or 5 others who off the board about this exact same zomabio chicanery and late payouts.

Oh and our account is not the only account that they shut down for retaliation. Thats the truth whether you believe it or not VD.

I was actually banned on gfy for doing what you did by telling zombaio how I really felt in a thread it got me banned...but so be it....you cannot censor the truth it will come out no matter what.

Maybe I am a little crazy you may have a point....maybe lying,thieving,greedy,cheesy rat bastard parasites and the trolls that they pay have turned me into a bitter fucking monster on these boards and I still hold back plenty...you really have not seen or heard my best posts or info yet.
