Is it the time of year or something? Fuck!!!

I have a raised Suburban parked in front of my house. I wash it about every 3 months. Being raised it seems spiders LOVE to make webs in the undercarriage. I drive it only on vacations and while hunting. So about 3 to 4 times a year.

Some time in May someone asked if I wanted to sell it. I said no. I drive it.

Then in November I get about 3 or 4 offers to buy it and now in December another 3 or 4 offers. When my doorbell rings I now know without a shadow of a doubt that it is somebody wanting to buy my Suburban. Today I am expecting a package. But the knock/doorbell combo didn't sound like my delivery driver. So I peek out the window. Some Mexican guy is writing his phone number down and leaving it on the windshield wiper.

WTF? Why are so many people suddenly interested in my fucking SUV?

you could ask for higher price (like 30% above real value) and see how that goes :) Unless its sentimental value. Sellers market, have to love it :)

Sounds like regular traffic sees the vehicle never gets moved and assumes you don't need/use it.
