Problems when saving pictures
 

I was wondering if anybody could give me reasons to why one of my computers always wants to save pics as bitmaps when they are .jpgs and it doesn't give me the option of saving as one or the other. Its a new computer only about 5 weeks old and only started doing it this week. Called the computer store where I bought it and they have no idea, they said my ATI card wouldn't have anything to do with it.

this has been dealt with many times. clear your temp. internet files, and restart IE. That should take care of things.


Your computer's fine, it's IE that keeps on messing up.
