well, they probably can deliver ebony traffic too, although it will cost more than general ( teen $ hardcore ) traffic .
I can only tell you that they are honest and actually deliver the traffic they promise. How it converts, depends on you.

I don't deal with any sources of paid traffic that offer only exit hits or popunder hits. I've tried quite a few out before on my own sites, and I never ever got my money's worth. The value just isn't there, but yes, the price for exit and popunder traffic is quite attractive. (at first glance).

Not trying to dis anyone, it's just my experience, which in the case of buying traffic, is extensive.
