When was the last time you had the flu?
 

Curious to see if my experience is the general one :)

TBH I cannot remember it was that long ago!

Real flu - 2004 probably.

I don't get flu apart from just after annual flu jab, it also makes me walk backwards which is better than having flu afterall, which I never get until just after jab :thumbsup

I usually get pretty ill at the end of each year, not sure if it's real flu, I do tend to drink quite a lot Christmas and new years outside in the cold aswel lol

one of the things we do to avoid it is consume Lemon juice. Just drink a glass of Lemonaid the real stuff not the powder every few days. works very well.

Have my appt next week where I planned on getting my flu shot. Unfortunately the kids brought it home from school. I've got the flu and an upper respiratory infection.

Early 90's maybe? Mid 80's? No flu shots either.

I've been sick with the flu for the past five days. It sucks.

I have small kids so they bring it home every year. :(

Never had a flu shot, and I can't recall ever having the flu. Maybe when I was very young.

Pay attention and look around in your social circles.. the people who get flu shots regularly are generally the ones that are chronically sick.

Got it once in elementary school. Never had a flu shot. I rarely get a cold or anything at all either, and I'm not a hermit.

So most of the people didn't have it recently.

I wonder if being a webmaster (and not interacting with lots of people) might be a cause.

right now,shit is not good ...

I've been out partying every other night for the last 12 years along with day things, haven't had it though.

I only get it after going to winter festivals rubbing up against 30,000 drunk and high people that have flown in from every part of the country with a low immune system from partying for 3 days at the height of flu season... other than that basically not much.. actually I haven't been sick at all in the last year of being super healthy - not even so much as a snifflle.
